MCINTOSH (Mind Connected INTO Spirit and Heart)

McIntosh Yoga is Registered with Yoga Alliance

The school is located in a small Victorian town in North Central Florida approximately 20 miles south of Gainesville. The program takes place in the McIntosh Community Center located in the center of the town’s square.

This yoga teacher training allows students to unleash creative juices while learning from professional and experienced instructors. Classes take place both inside and outside due to this time of year’s beautiful weather. Open your mind to new ways of teaching students about the benefits of yoga using your spirit and heart.

You do not need to be an advanced yoga student to take this training. We are more interested in stillness as well as movement with energy (prana) committed to the full purpose of yoga and looking forward with a vision.

The next class is scheduled in the near future. If you are interested in becoming a McIntosh Yoga Teacher and would like more information, you can contact us by simply filling out the Contact Us form at the bottom.
