The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga by Bernie Clark. This book covers more than just Yin Yoga. It covers the whole gamet of yoga from Yin Yoga poses and their altrnatives and options to flow, energy, physical and mental benefits, the body's systems, tissues, organs, fluids, and the mind-body connection. Especially informative as well as interesting are the sections on myofacia-tendon complex, muscles, cartilage, ligaments, joints, aging, and flexibility. This a must read for all yoga teachers.

Yoga Anatomy, 2nd Edition by Leslie Kaminoff & Amy Matthews. This book has great anatomical illustrations which bring each asana to life. Poses are classified according to their level of complexity, movement, and type - standing, sitting, lying, arm support along with how to breathe in each pose. The names of the poses are in English and Sanskrit with proper Sanskrit pronunciation.
